Last vacation lunch at The Waterfront in Pinones.

On my last meal, I had the best dish of the whole trip, a delightful conch salad starter with red onions, olive oil, and a few greens. Even more satisfying was having it overlooking the big waves at the beach at Pinones. I didn’t get a picture of the conch salad, but I snapped the whole red snapper I had after that.
