I think that's the second time I've used the oven at work. I used one of my favorite fish recipe's, Jalapeno-Baked Fish with Roasted Tomatoes and Potatoes, from Rick Bayless.
@anna_whitcher just sent me the cookbook Good Fish, by Becky Selengut. Looking forward to trying out some recipes from there.
