Living It

Everything I had was delicious, starting with this duck fettuccine, to the rack of lamb, and ending with the pear upside down cake.

Knowing the way to my heart is through my stomach, my mom sent me a truly delightful gift – a ginormous platter of gravlax, smoked salmon, sable, and whitefish. And all of it is absolutely delicious! Even with everyone in the office eating it, will be lucky to finish it this week.

Way to go Hubert!

Reminds me of when I went to Japan in college. The squid was whole, whole, and I ate it all. Turns out there were a couple parts I wasn’t supposed to eat. Guess I was trying too hard to fit in.

Already sold, unfortunately. Also saw a piece by Michael Phelan.

Ran into more people I know than I ever do in NYC.
