Didn’t beat the time I saw it staged on the walls of the Forbidden City in Beijing. This shot taken very quickly from the opening of the 2nd act.

@muggphoto has been telling me about the @SchnitzelTruck‘s visits to Dumbo, and I’m finally in the office one day when it shows up literally across the street from me. I pre-ordered a veal schnitzel platter (limited quantities only). I wasn’t sure what to expect but, lo, it’s a damn big piece of veal schnitzel! Pretty good.

Kale, taleggio cheese, Bekshire pork sausage, and garlic. I added jalapenos.
