Living It

I’m actually with a sizeable crowd outside the venue, but the sound is good and I can get glimpses over the wall. They’re doing a selection of Mediterranean themed music.

Hard to describe, but found a 5′ by 5′ box along the river with slits in the walls looking in and tv monitors on the outside showing what was going on within. There were 3 guys inside playing some instruments. Although they sounded really bad, it was a trip to peek in and watch them in the enclosed space. They got out later and I realized the installation was not about them but about this space and what people would do once inside it. Carter and I ducked in and started banging on the instruments, and I could see people peeking in at us through the slits now and then. Was fun.

I am very impressed.
