Stumbled upon the truck along 6th Ave, and $9 bought me a gigantic portion of jerk chicken, rice with some oxtail gravy, steamed cabbage, and plantains. Chicken was a little dry and could have had more kick, but I was quite satisfied. The owner told me he’s usually in midtown, but he got kicked out of his usual spot. When I asked if he had a twitter account to update his location, he just laughed.

oh man, where’s he at now? the truck used to be at 37th & broadway but all the trucks around here have been kicked from their spots.
